How it all began?
Klub Capital India encountered issues in managing its partnerships with lenders, who are vital for providing funds to new startups.
The old way involved a lot of back-and-forth emails and offline meetings, which were slow and inefficient. This caused delays in task completion and making critical loan decisions.
Setting the direction
Due to time constraints, our product team decided to take a Minimum Viable Product approach for faster delivery and iteration. The MVP or Capital Partner Platform (CPP) was focused on providing lenders with all the brand data and simplified workflow process.
Simplifying the Complex
Since our business development team and lenders had similar data needs, I used the business team's feedback for each iteration. From their conversations with lenders, I identified key frustrations and urgent needs. Based on this, I hypothesized the workflow and created user personas.

I took inputs from the business team on how they prioritized their work. Based on their insights, I mapped out a workflow for lenders.
Streamlined Data Management
After narrowing down the user stories and insights, I focused on designing a comprehensive dashboard for capital partners. A dashboard with clear data insights can help the partner in analyzing brands, automate reporting tasks and efficient decision making.
When working with massive data points, it’s crucial to help users navigate & parse through all information. I integrated MOSCO analysis for information hierarchy based on what user would prioritise first.
Optimized Task Management
Once the workflow was finalized, I started designing the task screens for all users. Users can view applications, tasks and portfolio.
To conclude
Capital Partners’ Platform has become one of the flagship products for Klub and new partners from India and UAE are onboarding rapidly. We were able to deliver a successful product within a short span of time!
